second stop of the Road to Self: The body felt 
  I pay attention to my body.  
 
  I feel the touch of my feet with the ground.  
 
  I bring my attention to the center of my body.  
 
  I pay attention to my breathing, I follow him, I listen.  
 
  I asked inwardly, "How I feel right now?" Or "How I feel about this?" Or "What I feel about this tension, this unease or the pain in my body? " 
 
  I can also just watch the weather inside me: Is this grief, joy, power?
