Constable 49 years struck during speed control in the Pas de Calais on July 19 by a driver of 27 years (who had not stopped) died yesterday of his injuries.
The driver was traveling under the influence of stupéfiants.Il is currently in custody and is expected to answer a charge of voluntary manslaughter .
