We learn with great sadness the accidental death of General VICAR today.
This officer had ordered, inter alia, the GBGM (armored group gendarmerie mobile).
He was injured during clashes in the former Yugoslavia. Genuine
fighter, a very great human warmth, we had to reserve the group 93, booked a home full of the most cordial friendship during our visit to the GBGM
He will be remembered as a true soldier. The association joins
RESGEND respectfully to the pain of the family of General VICAR.
Rest in peace, sir, we will not forget you.
