Processes Beware of Human Inter (PAIH)

Now let me clarify what I mean: Process of Human Inter Warning (PAIH). Focusing has long been seen as an individual act within. The latest developments have however shown that this practice of "inner listening" could do much more than that. According to Gendlin the next stage of human development after those of agriculture, commerce and service industry is that of attention between humans. Focusing of people have much to contribute to these processes in attention between humans (See document Focusing on the political background ).

Gendlin we now propose, in one of his most recent writings (article in Folio tribute 2008 and now translated into French ) to develop around our workplaces, in organizations to which we belong and in the communities we belong to a type of meeting that people were gone fed, understood, supported and fulfilled. We also work with our "neighbors" that is to say with all other organizations that promote this type of encounter and exchange between humans.

Several groups and organizations in Quebec currently offer apprenticeships and relational practices. I already mentioned in the blog human relations, the movement of the Restorative Justice and Movement for the Encouragement of the Community (MEC) . Many people also experience practicing Focusing groups of empathy from the practice of Nonviolent Communication (see article Focusing and Nonviolent Communication ). These are just 3 examples of what Gendlin calls our "neighbors", people who work in the same direction as us to develop a culture in attention between humans.

Buddhists have always called this practice as being that of the Sangha and it is the best of our learning crucible of reality as it is.
